Why Am I getting 3mbs with HughesNet when its satellite, and the package is for up to 1.5mbs?

Clear days are not all that reliable either. It will work for internet channel and wii shop channel but anytime i try to get online on guitar hero 3 it says error code 10100.
All advice will be highly appreciative since I know nothing about gaming systems or computers. but last I checked a half year ago it was $60.

5 mbps. Server overload or Chuck Norris. belkin routers are really good. ActiveX Errors.

it is a little place called "We are the only Internet Service Provider in this town so we will charge you way too much then disconnect you every time there is even a little bit of rain and you can not do **** about it" Cast. 5 Mps download speeds and only about 100kbs upload speeds.
